Ancestral Somatics
Ancestral Somatics is where we return to the body as soil, listening for ancestral presence, and restoring relation with the more-than-human world. These practices weave breath, land, and lineage into a ground of belonging.

Cultivate and Integrate
One-on-one eco-somatic sessions offer support shaped by your rhythms. Through somatic listening, ritual with place, and gentle
eco-therapy, we create space for the body to remember itself as part of the wider ecosystem.

Your Guide

For over fifteen years, my creative work has unfolded in collaboration with the living world — through installations, soundscapes, and spaces where land has been kin, teacher, and mirror.
This same thread now flows into my eco-somatic practice, where I tend to the body as soil, listen for ancestral presence, and restore relation with the more-than-human world. In our 1:1 sessions, we move at the pace of breath and earth.
Together we make space for what the body remembers through nature’s stories. The work may include somatic listening, ritual with place,
or gentle eco-therapy practices that help the body remember itself as part of the wider ecosystem.
Each session is shaped by what arises in the moment, grounded in my ongoing ancestral somatic practice and current training with the Earthbody Institute.
This is a space of deep attention and care — where resilience and belonging can take root more fully, and where you are supported in returning to yourself, your land, and your lineage with greater intimacy.
Speaking Engagements
