The Inner Altar
The Inner Altar
A 4-week private mentorship for the moment when your old rhythm no longer fits, but the next one has not fully arrived.
This work is for the person standing at a threshold.
You may be rethinking your work, your relationships, your creative path, your body, your capacity — or the way you have learned to survive inside systems that no longer feel honest.
You may not need another strategy. You may need a place to hear yourself clearly.
The Inner Altar is a private offering for sensitive creatives and cultural workers ready to return to their own pace.
Together, we listen for what your life is already trying to tell you.
Through Human Design, ancestral somatics, eco-somatics, intuitive guidance, and somatic direction, we map the conditions that support your clarity, energy, creativity, and inner authority.
What We Will Work Through
your Human Design reading as a map of energy, rhythm, and decision-making
where your nervous system is asking for protection, softness, or repair
the creative work, offering, or life direction trying to emerge from confusion or doubt
patterns of overgiving, urgency, visibility, depletion, or self-abandonment
rituals, practices, and ecological anchors that help you return to yourself and your creative fire
identifying and welcoming in your next honest step across uniting your truth and your next threshold of becoming
This is for you if…
You are in a transition and can feel that something in your life needs to change, but you do not want to force the next chapter from panic.
You are highly intuitive but have a hard time trusting your own timing.
You are creative, sensitive, or spiritually attuned, but feel overextended by work, caretaking, visibility, or the expectations of others.
You want to return to your body, your creative practice, your ancestors, the natural world, and your own inner authority.
You are tired of shaping yourself around what is "practical" while your spirit keeps whispering something more true.
Our Process
Four private 1:1 sessions
Weekly 60-minute sessions held over four weeks. Each session is shaped around what is present in your life, body, creative field, and decision-making process.
A Human Design foundation
We use your Human Design chart as one map for understanding your energy, authority, timing, sensitivity, work rhythm, and creative expression.
Personalized reflection prompts and integration practices
After each session, you'll receive simple practices, writing prompts, rituals, or somatic inquiries to help you stay connected to what surfaced and begin applying it in your life.
Eco-somatic and ancestral inquiry
We listen with the body, the land, and the ancestral field. This may include grounding practices, sensory awareness, altar work, nature-based reflection, or questions that help you reconnect to the wisdom beneath urgency and noise.
Somatic direction and threshold mapping
Together, we look at what is trying to emerge in your life or creative practice. This may include clarifying an offering, naming a transition, restructuring your rhythm, or identifying what needs to be released, protected, or nourished.
Light support between sessions
You'll have access to gentle support between sessions for reflections, questions, or moments of integration. This is not constant access, but a soft thread of continuity while you move through these four weeks.
A closing integration
At the end of the four weeks, you'll receive a summary of your key themes, practices, insights, and next steps so you have something to return to after our work closes.
Why I Created The Inner Altar
The Inner Altar grew out of my own threshold seasons — the ones I've moved through as a multidisciplinary artist over the past 15 years.
I know what it feels like to be deeply creative and still disconnected from your own voice. To sense that something is changing before you can name what it is. To be outwardly capable while inwardly unsure of what rhythm, direction, or desire truly belongs to you — beneath the voices of conditioning, work, family, and your own inner critic.
This work comes from the places where I have had to listen myself back into clarity.
Human Design, ancestral somatics, eco-somatic practice, and daily acts of devotion and ritual have helped me understand my own timing, my nervous system, my creative capacity, and the conditions I need to feel honest in my life and work.
The Inner Altar is an offering for those standing at a similar threshold.
Not to rush what's gestating. Not to perform certainty for family or community. But to listen for what is already trying to emerge and to grow embodied self-trust.
